As always, thanks so much for coming to class/subscribing this week!
And the 2024 season draws to a close!
As 2024 comes to a close, I want to take a moment to reflect on the incredible year we’ve had together and to express my heartfelt gratitude to each of you.
From Zumba to Pilates, Barre Fitness, and our beloved Recycled Teenagers classes, every session has been filled with energy, laughter, and the kind of commitment that makes my job so rewarding. It’s because of YOU that I love what I do, and I couldn’t ask for a better group of people to spend my days with.
✨ Highlights of the Year
This year was truly one for the books! Some standout moments include:
🎩Broadway, Burlesque, and Bellinis: Together, we raised an incredible £1,741 for Cancer Research UK while dancing our hearts out. Massive thanks to Arabella Sparkles for her help with this event! What a fantastic mix of fun and philanthropy! Keep your fingers crossed and your eyes peeled for another one of these next year!
🤠Christmas Line Dancing: Our first-ever line dancing classes were a hit! Seeing everyone in festive spirits while learning something new was a perfect way to end the year.
Your enthusiasm and dedication have made every event and class something special, and I’m so grateful for the support you’ve shown throughout the year.

Thank you for showing up, for your commitment to your health and fitness, and for the fun, laughter, and joy you all bring to every session. You inspire me daily, and it’s an honor to be part of your fitness journey.
Wishing you all a wonderful Christmas filled with love, joy, and maybe even a little dancing! Have a fantastic New Year, and I can’t wait to see you all in 2025 for more fun, fitness, and fabulousness.

Holiday dates
All classes are now closed and will reopen on 6th January. The On-Demand Studio is still available throughout my time off and you can access that whenever it suits you, just make sure you're signed up by Monday morning!
