As always, thanks so much for coming to class/subscribing this week!

Pilates

The final term of Pilates starts next week and there are just a few spaces remaining in 2 of the evening classes. People booked onto this term get priority booking for the January term which is always the hardest term of the year to get into. Plus, we will be doing some special Christmas classes in the last few weeks of term - the good old 12 days of Christmas session, and this year we are also gonna be playing Pilates bingo - with prizes and everything!!!

If you're signed up to this term, you will also get access to Pilates videos to do at home whenever you fancy, or for when you miss a face-to-face class, plus you will keep access to those videos over the festive period so you can keep moving whilst I have a break and sit around like a lazy bum!

All classes are run in Alveston and are at the following times:

Tuesdays 11:15am -FULLY BOOKED

Tuesdays 6pm - Spaces available

Thursdays 11:30am - FULLY BOOKED

Thursdays 7:05pm - FULLY BOOKED

Thursdays 8:05pm - Spaces available

Fridays 9:05am - FULLY BOOKED

I've also opened Pay-As-You-Go booking for the 2 evening classes that have spaces - these will only remain open if the blocks don't sell out. PAYG is £9 and you don't get any videos for weeks you miss, but it is a good way of trying out Pilates if you don't want to commit to the term before giving it a go.

Halloween

I've got all my Halloween choreography ready to go for next week, so if you're coming to Zumba be ready for some SPOOOOOOOKY songs! We've got our 3 regular favourites, plus 2 brand new ones too! Dressing up is optional!

I might do halloween songs in Recycled Teenagers and Barre too if people fancy it, but I'll put it to a vote in each class as they're not really aerobics or Barre routines!
