Broadway, Burlesque and Bellinis

You know what this is all about by now! We are fundraising once again for Cancer Research. Tickets for the main event have now sold out, but it's not unusual to get a few last minute cancellations, so do get in touch if you want to be on the waiting list for any spaces that become available. There are still plenty of spaces left for the Social Hour 9-10pm on May 2nd if you want to come along just for the drinks, nibbles, burlesque performance and raffle. Not into dancing? No problem! You’re still very welcome to join us for the final hour of the evening (9:00–10:00pm) for just £5 entry. U3A Gentle Exercise Class

This class runs on Thursdays at 10am in Thornbury (no classes during school holidays). It's a gentle exercise class (more gentle that Recycled Teenagers) where we do about 20 mins of low impact aerobics, about 10 mins of Barre Fitness, 5 mins of balance work and then 25 mins of seated exercise. Perfect for people who want a more gentle class! FYI, it is up some stairs, so you need to be able to navigate those!

Pilates Spaces

The next term of Pilates starts next week and it is almost sold out. It's an 8-week term for £56 and runs from next week until 20th June. Contact me or book online if you want to grab one of the few remaining spaces.
