ℹDo you even know how much is 'enough' and what kinds of exercise are recommended?
👍ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine) recommend adults between the ages of 18 and 65 get:
😰At least 30 mins of moderate intensity aerobic physical activity on a minimum of 5 days a week OR at least 20 mins of vigorous intensity aerobic physical activity on a minimum of 3 days a week.
💪PLUS resistance training (activities that maintain or increase muscular strength and endurance) on a minimum of two days per week.
🧘♀️AND flexibility training for each major muscle group on at least 2 days a week.
⚖As well as 20-30 mins of balance and coordination training on a minimum of 2 days a week.
